Our group was a mix of riders of different ages and abilities, but the guides were wonderfully accommodating, always ensuring everyone was having a great time. We’re already looking forward to booking another tour in the future!

Once your cruise is paid in full, you can expect to receive your travel documents about 3–4 weeks before departure. These typically include your eTicket receipts, detailed itineraries, and other important information to help you prepare for your adventure.
Your final travel documents will include all embarkation details. Boarding generally begins at 3:00 PM, giving the crew time to prepare your stateroom and ensure the ship is ready for your journey. Please note that factors such as weather, water levels, and ship scheduling can affect the final docking location. For this reason, we recommend waiting until you receive your travel documents before booking any flights or accommodations.
Most staterooms come equipped with comfortable beds, towels, hairdryers, a writing desk, charging ports, and plenty of storage space. Some ships also offer onboard laundry facilities for an additional fee. Amenities may vary depending on the room and ship, so be sure to review the Ship Details for your specific adventure—or reach out to your TossnTrips Cruise Consultant for a full list of inclusions.
Most TossnTrips cruises include breakfast, lunch, and dinner served onboard, with only a few exceptions depending on the operator. Some river cruise operators also include shore excursions in the overall trip cost. For a detailed list of what's included in your cruise, please reach out to your TossnTrips Cruise Consultant.
Some river cruise operators include complimentary arrival and departure transfers as part of your tour package. If transfers aren’t included, please contact your TossnTrips Cruise Consultant to arrange and purchase airport transfers.
Some ships may not be fully accessible for travelers using wheelchairs, due to challenges with boarding and disembarking, the absence of onboard elevators, and narrow doorways. For those using a collapsible wheelchair, storage is typically limited to the stateroom, which may feel cramped. For more details, please reach out to your TossnTrips Cruise Consultant.
